I am having an issue with my 2011 pro rmk 800 not holding 8150. It will rev normal if I blip the throttle but if I do it gradual it will bog at 6800ish and then if I just hold it down it will pulse to 8150 every 5 seconds or so and then drop down to 6800. I set my tps to .7 and .94 but my wot reading is only 4.09. I was thinking maybe when I blip it it is getting above 4.09 but maybe if I go gradual it gets stuck at 4.09. I've read on other threads most wot readings are in the 4.2 to 4.3 range. Looking for any help i can get. I also tried to test my capacitor and it made a frying sound so I think its shot.
