Whats the best way to replace knock sensor in 05 900 RMK
It looks like the cylinder head needs to be lifted to get to the sensor

It's stupid crappy trying to replace with head installed. I've done it but took forever to get it in there and tight.

best to just drain the coolant down a bit and pull the head off. Once you pull the head its just as simple as flipping it over and changing it. Let me guess the jackshaft got your wiring for the DET sensor?
