changes

will be made to the 800 clutch setup for next trip to cooke city. I will be going back to the 417 ramps and changing the primary spring to a bl/bl 130-290 so i can drop the clickers back down from six. I would like to try a team sec. has anyone done this?

more please

Ive been running the arctic cat snow pro green spring on the softest hole with either a 47 or 56/44 helix and had good luck with both . On my 734 motor i run a yamaha clutch yxv pink pink pink sppring and 8ca wieghts i had it machined to fit the rotax , on my 600 i run the stock pucker clutch and never pulled the cover ! works so good it scares me to look . I used to run the red/white but the green seems to give faster back shifts with good side belt pressure , and ill have to look at the number but ive switched to a heavy wider kevlar cat belt which so far seems almost indestructable , still looks new even after 20 plus deep powder rides . Ive got a tra but i prefer the lighter clutchs like yamaha , stock or the polaris p80

I'm working on a drop and roll for the drive axel to improve approach angle, I am convinced that this will cure the trenching problem in the really deep stuff and be able to avoid going with a longer track. I think that with my chain drive it should be fairly easy and in combo with the lowering templetes from mich-snowhawk I think I can get the angle of attack way better.

Clutch components are stock

I have air box pods

I ride from 700 ft to over 3300 ft.

Working on hydraulically dampened tri-axis ski mount.. Show you that later.

I just took a look at the jets.. 350 main and 17.5 pilot. Looks to be stock for the carb but does not match with what AD recommends in the owners manual.

Says to use 400 main 15 pilot

Now Im confused.
