Hi All,
For backcountry riding and some snow camping, considering under 2000 miles, would there be a notable difference in reliability of a 2015/16 Summit vs. say a 2019 (or a 2017/18 with the updates)?
Since I'd be riding further from the trails reliability is far more important to me than improvements in performance. If the performance is dramatic, I'd consider it but I'm not looking to go nuts. Mostly looking for great backcountry access without getting stranded or a long tow back.
