· 2012 Aerocharger Variable-Vane Non-Intercooled Turbo Kit (Set at 8lbs. of boost)
o Boost-It stand alone fuel controller (Controls just the secondary injectors). This provides for a MUCH cleaner bottom end fuel delivery than the Aerocharger-Dobek fuel controller that comes with kit originally
o HM turbo cold air intake system (Much more consistent air temps)
o Silber secondary injector billet intake manifold. (Moves the secondary injectors to between the throttle bodies and intake reeds, for cleaner and crisper throttle response. Rather than in the charge tube, before throttle bodies.)
· RK Tech Drop-In Kit (Consists of High Compression Turbo Head, Wossner Forged Pistons) (Great Durability Kit & helped increase throttle response) Top-End was done when there was 1400 miles on sled.
· Quick Adjust Primary Clutch Weights (Makes clutching easy to adjust if you choose to add or remove boost.)
· Skinz Head Light Delete Kit
· SLP Torque Arm (PTO side) Maintains clutch alignment for consistent performance and reduced clutch/belt heating issues.
· Fire & Ice Torque Stop (Mag side)
· 2 Cool Air Hood Vents (Easy Access to Hot Dogger)
· Gauge lifter (Easier to read instrument cluster while stand-up ridding)
· Primary Clutch Rebuild and secondary cleaned and inspected 200 miles ago.
This sled has been my baby for the last 5 seasons, it has been well maintained and always stored in my garage or enclosed trailer. I always pre-mixed fuel 100:1 for a little extra protection and lubrication. This is a pull the rope and go turbo sled, and has had much done to make it an excellent tree-boondocking sled. Has just less than 2100 total miles.
