I have a 2moto and have noticed a couple of damaged track clips and a couple of missing clips and so i have stripped the kit down so as to separate track from carrier and am managing to use an anvil and hammer to attach clips where they are missing. I plan to use an angle grinder (carefully) to remove damaged clips.
If anyone wants more info or photos just let me know. Most guys won't be on 2moto and i don't know much about the track clips on the other kits but a similar plan might work on them. It is a camoplast track on the 2moto that uses camoplast clips.
I know there are specific tools out there but i couldn't find anyone with one that i could borrow and i wanted to strip the kit down anyway to check it over - i did find some worn out bearings.
