Titling a sled with no Certificate of Origin.

I'm in Oregon. Oregon requires that a snowmobile be titled in order to receive a number and tag. I've bought several from Washington State with a Certificate of Origin and a sales receipt. Even though that can be difficult, I was able to acquire a title.

Now I'm looking at another Washington State sled that originally came from the mid west, and with no Certificate nor title.
Do any of you have past experience or suggestions as to what a person would need to do in order to get the sled Oregon titled?

In MN I would just go in with a bill of sale. If it was previously registered in MN they'll know who owned it. If not, they've always just registered it for me. You should call them and ask what they require. Might just need a bill of sale.
