What was out of line about them? There was no cursing, name calling, or any other personal form of attack. Simple shareing that the way the front of the kit was modified outside of its intended design could result in some potential issues.

as shorter fork option you could consider a set of 690 fork , they are 2 inch shorter and already with stiffer springs and valving , i have lowered my riot shock with 20 mm spacer to match the fork , happy with the result so far
