Are all 1000 TC CDI interchangeable ?

No, they went to a 3d ignition in (I think) 2000.

Pre 3d will interchange even with the 900s, post 3d will all interchange with each other.

That just means that the ignition timing varies with both RPM and throttle position, instead of just RPM.

If your sled has a TPS (Throttle position sensor) it has the newer ignition. If it has flatslide carbs, it probably has a TPS. I think only the first year of flatslides didn't.
