Yep. Grip warmer. You should be able to solder them back onto the element.

Easier thing to do is just buy a replacement.

Use a compressor to get the grip off and you'll see where those came off.

Thank you! I do have a soldering iron, so I'll investigate this weekend. I didn't even know how heated grips worked until now. Upon further investigation, it appears the grips become heated using an element underneath the rubber. Hopefully I didn't lose it.

Also, thanks for the tip about getting the grip off with the compressor.. never would've thought of that, but I've got a powerful compressor sitting right next to my sled in the garage.
