Does anyone have a straight 54 or 54/44 Helix for an 04 Rev 800 (RER non-roller). Also looking for heavier rollers or what ever it will take to bring my RPM down. Currently stock rollers and ramps, 415 w/ pins completely loaded at 21g. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

I new Dalton would make me a 54/44, I was hoping someone had a used one I could get quicker and cheaper. I didn't know who made oversized rollers though. Thanks for the links, looks like I'm going with new parts.

I don't even know what I have for a primary spring! Almond/Red I think? Its not stock, I changed it, came w/ the kit. They also sent me a 44/40 helix, I put the stock 44 back in. I found a way to add more pin weight. Now I have 23g pin weights vs 21g. Dropped my rpm's by 200. So I have the BIG Aero 66 I bought from Bryce. Stock needles set on position 4, stock pilot, 17.5 I think, 450 mains w/ the fuel jets 1 turn open. It was 35 degrees F today and I'm at 2500 ft. Snow Is rotting. When I pull the trigger it hits 8500 rpm, boost hits 7 pounds and rpm comes down and holds 8300 rpm. It loads up a little in the bottom, but I feather the throttle 2 or 3 times and mash it. Its definitely making some awesome power. Any suggestions on jetting, clutching or anything that will make it run even better would be appreciated. Ben. The turbo is supposed to be set to run 10 lbs?
