Around LA ??? lot of green BUT rainfall at 50% norm for SOCAL

Around ISABELLA in KERN and Tulare County in the Sierras .... Best snowpack in 5 years !!

Cabin has waist deep grass and there are lots of rafting on the KERN River.

Still lots of snow up high 4 plus feet but gates locked
