Steer skis vs gripper on a RMK

Looking for a used set of skis. Are the steer skis gonna be really bad on an RMK?

They will be fine on the trail. Not so great in the powder. They are a narrower ski so less float in the powder. The gripper skis are the best on a RMK unless you are just a trailrider.

Definitely not a trail rider.. ok bought a pro with some garbage cat skis. (Backup sled/rent out) So just looking for something cheap right now to throw on and I found the set of steer skis with little miles for real cheap ... Might give them a whirl and see how bad they really are. Unless it is totally not recommended at all and we will hate our lives.
