Guys, I have a older 94 340 Puma that is tired. I've bought a 440 that was taken out of 97 Z440 (so I was told). I have it torn down right now and am looking at top end kits however I'm a little reluctant to buy because I don't know for sure what this engine is. Is there a way to identify the year or model? It appears that many changes have been made over the years and the z440s take different gaskets than Jags or BearCats from what I've found. Any info would be great, I don't want to buy something and then have it be wrong for my engine.
