dave's method works but it's more of a hassle than what i described, sans picture.

My flap was getting sucked into the track on my 2021 turbo 165 the first time I rode with it, I used a large black tie rap to pull the 2 bumper straps closer together that moves the flap away from the track (y) problem solved + easy fix and hasn't happened since. You can still remove when not needed, you can tell the difference with it removed in Deep Powder, track doesn't get high centered ( lets the track keep traction & better when reversing . Defiantly helps with cooling on the trail + reduces the snow chucks pelting riders behind you on the trail.

This is what I was talking about, looks way better than than a "bunny cord" or tie down strap + works great, pulls the entire flap out evenly not one side.
