Im looking for some clutching on my SKS 800, 155, 2.4”
I dont want to start into anything crazy until the sled is broke in. Has 150miles on it now
Going to Revelstoke next week, never been there before.
What should i set my clutching up to? Google says riding areas are 5,000-8,000’
Of course my sks chart shows 10-66 for 4,000-6000
10-64 for 6,000-8,000.
Anyone have some insight to this

thanks in advance

Run the 10-64’s.

If you are overreving at lower elevations use ethanol mode to keep it under control.

Definitely not a clutching master here.

Just my experience riding 3-6k with 10-66’s and being 200 rpm low at 6k.

Good luck.

Keep your belt deflection tight.
These sleds are sensitive to being loose or tight. (Both give low rpm)

1/8” allen wrench and a 7/16” box end wrench.

Adjust when hot on the hill.
