anybody have low shock pressures from new on the X or freerides? see some guys are posting low. is it worth checking?

there was a service bulletin regarding rear sag on Experts and the fix related to the rear shock was to put it in the softest position and cycle it multiple times to make sure the "internal base valve" is working properly. haven't seen anything about other model sleds.
