And we have just under 11in of fresh depth. This is actually one of the larger storms for town. We don't normally get very big dumps.

Anyone up there today?

Heard it was over three feet deep at Dinah.

Did you see a new Doo on a rope pushing a Pro out at any point?

East Side is filling in nicely!

Dropped down into the, I believe it's called the Fendal Slide area. There are numerous avey run outs one after another over there. Just have to use your head and check the snow conditions when you get there. There were no signs of slumping or cracking and the snow felt stable. I had a video to upload, but this web site has a hard time uploading GoPro videos. It was only 37mb. Here are a few pics from 2-1-2014. The snow was over 2ft deep everywhere. It was an EPIC DAY OF POWDER!

Don't know if you can upload a mpeg that's 37mb on this site.

Seeley-East Side

Seeley was awesome last Saturday on the East side. We were over in the Ferndel Slide area. Never came across another track and had the whole area to ourselves. 24-30" of fresh! Snow was dry and very stable. Still have to be careful though. Even with airbags we were kind of gun shy. Also went up to Pyramid pass and experienced the same snow conditions. We were also the only ones in there. :face-icon-small-hap

4 avalanches on my way out in the Jocko. 1 on the Lake and 3 across the road between the lakes and the parking area. 1 fairly large across the road 2 small across the road. All on Sat while we were riding in Seeley! Scary going thru there on the way home!

Any recent reports? Thinking of heading up tomorrow just wondering how much dirt we have to ride?

Well, just got back from Seeley. It was pretty amazing. Halfway between Marshall and Dinah lake I probed In a 4ft deep tree well and it was about seven feet still. We had to ride about 200 yds of dirt, but it was solid snow after that. Pretty amazing day.
