Riot and Air Pro setup

Hey so I was just wondering a bit about suspension setup and what has worked for you. I have a 2017 FE 501 and a 21 Riot 120 Le I have an Air Pro with stock forks. Im 5'11 190Lbs with gear. what Psi are you running your air pro? anything I should change up from factory for the skid or solid strut rod?

6 to 8 psi, and ideally go up 4 or so spring rates (if spring forks) to get the proper chassis balance, the new TSS is way better than a strut rod if that is your question.
