removing the attc on a 700

Ive installed a 2000 rmk700 in a snow hawk and have to run pod filters..
Im strating offf with the stock carbs and am thinking that since there are pods with no airbox mounting the attc unit is a waste of time.
anyone on here have any experiance with removal of the altitude compensator system? would you agree that since there is no airbox that mounting the unit it air will not work?

honestly i would call holtzman. they are great to work with, super smart, will be able to answer any of your attac questions better than anyone on here. well there are probably a few. sorry don't know their number off hand. google it.

we've had that conversation, I have heard of people taking it off but I have also heard they did not work good either.

Hahaha,k. I fought with those horrible carbs and gave up, switched to the Mikunis. Try CMX, for some reason I thought they might have some insight...
