Remove ski hoop push in rivets?

Switching out the blue ski hoops to black. What's the best way to remove the old push in rivets without screwing up the plastic so the new rivets will have something to grab onto?

insert an easy out part into the rivet hole, heat the easy out up with a propane torch for about 20-30 seconds and slowly pull the rivet out. Heating up the tool transfers heat to the plastic on the ski, it'll soften up pretty quick. It helps to use vise grips, and be sure to get a good bite with the easy out. You'll be able to re-use the rivets, just warm them up a tic and use a c clamp to sink em back in

Wound up using a screw extractor/easy out hooked to a cordless drill spun at a high speed and rotated while pulling out. Same end result - appreciate the help!
