Re-clutching SKS and SBA

I'm moving my 2018 SBA and 2020 SKS from Iowa to California. I plan on riding northern California and southern Utah.

What am I going to need to get my setup right in regard to clutching? Are the adjustable clutches themselves enough or do I need to do the helix and spring as well?
