Quick intake filter fix?

Damm crows got me last night. Any suggestions on a temp fix? Something to get me by for the next week till I can get an actual filter? Like what kind if material I can throw in there to keep some water out but still breath? Was thinking of the foam on my side panel but maybe to dense? Trying to go ride tomorrow.

Well I think I came up with something for the time being. A rain gutter stopper. A little denser than what was in there though so we'll see how it breathes.
