I think I ran the slp blue/pink primary spring in mine, either stock or slp black/purple secondary spring. I always put new ones in before every season.

For weights I like the easily adjustable ones (i ride mt/id and also Colorado). Slp has the magnum force set screw style that are super easy to adjust. Boondocker has some similar ones as well that I'm trying out this year
