I bet about 90% of the arctic cat sleds look like that, the bushings suck. o rings. would be a nice upgrade.

Followup on a quick fix while waiting for new.
I took one of those end pieces that come on some cat handlebar grips. I drilled out the hole to match the size of the inner bushing piece. It’s thicker than the actual outer bushing piece, so I took off the good side and put that on in its place. I reused the worn side only because it was too thick and wouldn’t fit into the shock housing. It was tight but once in place the shock is solid.
