Yeah seen the price is really close. Just never heard about Push till this year. The weight savings seem really good.I have only seen the comparison for the Polaris Matryx Boost. Diamond S is 5 pounds and the Push industries is 7.9 lbs. I have the Diamond S on my 24 165 Summit X Expert Turbo R. It's reasonably quiet, 3.4 pounds, dissipates heat nicely, and provides excellent throttle response. I actually weighed the Can when it arrived and their weight was accurate. It was nice to be able to remove all the Doo factory felt pads from under the hood and be confident I was not going to melt a side panel. Push Industries claims their Can weighs 4 pounds for the Turbo R. Diamond S is about $50.00 more.
I bought my can through Ride Rasmussen and shipping was a flat rate of $20 and it was $5 less than Diamond S.
Yeah seen Turcotte is running one this year hard to tell with these sponsored riders what their true experience was with a product. The zero composites stuff is really nice. Find it hard to believe they are done for the season when they have customers wanting their product. It definitely looks like a quality build. Turcotte is running one on his Boost. He speaks highly of it, and it sounds pretty sweet. I think my Diamond S sounds great without being too loud. I don't think you can go wrong either way. It's a lot of pounds dropped for a reasonable price.
I see push says “designed in USA”, but nothing about where they are MADE. China?Yeah seen the price is really close. Just never heard about Push till this year. The weight savings seem really good.
Very valid point, I tend to steer away from what sponsored riders say in regards to a aftermarket product, it will be the best regardless if it crap or not.Yeah seen Turcotte is running one this year hard to tell with these sponsored riders what their true experience was with a product. Then that’s answer enough. Stay away from them at all cost. No need to support those folks.Push is a direct rip off of Diamond S, reverse engineered (copied) in china. Pretty sad they couldn’t even change it a little to look like they actually designed it. My guess it’s the same Push who tried to make turbo kits a while back and failed miserably.
Yeah once I got looking I found Bikeman, RPM and some others make Ti cans. All around that $1000 mark. I’ve rocked stock exhaust since my XM and from the price point of these Ti cans will stick with my stock exhaust i just had a moment where I thought I needed one for some reason hahaVery valid point, I tend to steer away from what sponsored riders say in regards to a aftermarket product, it will be the best regardless if it crap or not.
Based on experience, Diamond S would be the muffler I would get if I wanted to waste a thousand bucks. Stock works good enough for me. Lol
Price difference was negligible at $40. If I decide to drop a $1000 bucks I would of gone with the diamond sThen that’s answer enough. Stay away from them at all cost. No need to support those folks.
Not for us Canuck’s, unless a Diamond S is found at a dealer, its way more than 1000 for that muffler bringing it in across the border on your own, with duty and shipping. The Diamond S is $700. So when you look at just the weigh savings, the cost is justifiable. Dang near loosing 18 lbs. AND it makes room for a Cooker can
I am pretty sure Xero is one guy building hoods in his garage in his spare timeYeah seen Turcotte is running one this year hard to tell with these sponsored riders what their true experience was with a product. That is correct. Great product, once again a little pricey.I am pretty sure Xero is one guy building hoods in his garage in his spare time
Didn’t know that. Makes sense for the limited buildsI am pretty sure Xero is one guy building hoods in his garage in his spare time
I had forgotten about that. I remember this was a hot topic on one of these forums when that product was released.
