Here's the deal.....
A buddy of mine I curl with has a Powder Special. He got a smokin' deal on it and couldn't pass it up. However, all he does is ride trails!

SO...He comes to me knowing I have "some" sled knowledge and asked if I knew how to make it "handle" better on the trails. His complaint is that it just pushes through every turn. I asked if his carbides on his skis were any good, he states that he has plenty of carbide left and that his ski's are fine. I then tell him that due to the taller lug on the track, the traction from the rear may be overpowering the capability of his ski's carbides and thus, pushing. Other than getting "trail" skis and a smaller lug track, I really have no info for this guy.
Is there any other way to make a Mtn. sled handle the trails?? I told him the best fix was to get rid of it and get a sled for the riding he'll be doing, but, you know how people are.
Thanks for any and all help guys.
