shes all stock lol just rebuilt her so taking it easy. I can get a set of slp twins with the can for 210 but i think id rather go with a slp single pipe an can set up. we'll see how she preforms. pretty snappy as is. primary rebuilt, motor has maybe 25 miles on it. ^ you got a nice lil unit yourself it'll take half the work to get yours where mine is.

Seat riser done. Moved the seat forward closed the gap nicely. Got lazy an painted the riser instead of covering it with vinyl. Also beadblasted, painted, scrubbed and cleaned 10yrs of rust, oil, grease an catails from under the hood.
Lastly the new 1 3/4in SnoX backcountry hooks great.

The Red sled is Rick Wards 2000 XC SP race Sled. It has 136 RMK suspension 1.75 track. SLP twin pipes. RMK steering post and bars. I added the Boss seat bar hooks and a 3 inch riser.
The black sled is also a 2000 XC SP 600 with a CARLS 660 SLP twin pipes, 136 Edge suspension, a 136 1.75 camoplast track, 4 inch riser, bar hooks, Fox shocks Hood of a 99 700. This sled flat out ripped it would KILL my 07 700 Dragon EVERY time.
The black sled is also a 2000 XC SP 600 with a CARLS 660 SLP twin pipes, 136 Edge suspension, a 136 1.75 camoplast track, 4 inch riser, bar hooks, Fox shocks Hood of a 99 700. This sled flat out ripped it would KILL my 07 700 Dragon EVERY time.

here is my gen II it is a 2001 rmk 700 with a 144 track and skid from a 2004 switchback I am useing the edge tank and steering hoop with a custom steering stem and footwells its a work in progress but coming along
2000 xcr 800 Bought in 2001 with 400 miles on it. Brought it home and completely stripped it down to tunnel and bulkhead. Came up with this.

Here is my old gen two. Sold it this fall. Started off like this,
Minus the the bar riser and foot grips. It was 100% stock. Bought it at age 13 as MY first sled. Slowly built it into this.
When I sold it it had an 01 700 VES motor in it, (one of nine pre production motors I was told) Came out of a drag sled, motor was dynoed at 140 HP. (not that it means much other than it was stronger than the later 700 VES were) 700 pro X pipe, team roller secondary clutch, and geared down and some clutch work was done, UNI pods, 136x1.75 track, SLP rail/tunnel extensions, custom running boards built by a fellow SW member, RMK seat, 4 inch powermadd riser/pivot, RSI back country bars, RSI grips, heaters, bar hooks, brake line, throttle extension, and bar pad, Gripper skis, removed the sway bar, and there's more. I can't remember it all. Was an awesome experience building the sled, with help from my dad when needed. Spent about $6000 into it. It will be missed.

Here is my 99 XC 700. Nothing special, got the original sled for real cheap and through some money into it. This summer I added a clear fuel tank and a red Pro-X shorty seat. Don't have pics since the update, but will get them up when I take some.

this is some before/during/after pics of my 99 Gen II mountain sled. this sled originally started life as a 600xc short track. then went to a 600/136", then 600/144"('04 edge skid), then a 800/144"(motor is a 800 VES from a '04 pro-x, w/around 1500 miles, then a 800/151" and now the LAST mod i'm doing to this sled(yeah right) is a dragon 155"x2.4" series 5.1 track with wahl bros extroverts and anti stab kit. i all ready had installed fabcraft drop&roll in '09 so i had tons of room for the 2.4" track. the pics with the blue hood was how it was most its life but with the new track i'm doing i decided to install a clear lexan hood i scored at haydays for $75 and the guys @ mountainfithoods hooked me up with some custom hood vents, they really look tits! here are a few other mods.
