Polaris Indy Water Pump Install

How hard is it? I have a 1997 Polaris Indy 600 and need to replaced the water pump. The dealer said it would be $600 for a brand new pump. I found one on Ebay and would to install it myself. Please help!

Assuming this is the 600 XLT motor they are stupid easy to change. And they are only like $350 retail for a new one.

Pull the pipe off, pull the pull starter off, drain the fluid down, pull the old pump off, inspect and replace belt if needed, reassemble in reverse order.

Very easy to do.
