2008 Polaris 800 with HM Turbo
This is a Polaris 800 with HM Turbo Kit. Sled was stock until 998 miles. At that time a full top end rebuild was completed. This included new nikasil plating through HM Turbos. HM also selected and sized the pistons and rings. Sled currently has 1,668 miles on it.
The sled is equipped with a series 66 aerocharger turbo, water intercooler, anti-ratchet drivers, fuel pressure gauge, boost gauge, fuel/air gauge, metal front bumper, CNC bogie wheels, and a camoplast extreme 163 track. I also have a new float plate/skid plate in box that is yet to be installed.
This sled will run with anything. Currently running 9.5 to 10 lbs. of boost. It can be turned up or lowered with minor adjustment. Tuning is simple and can be adjusted on the fly.
