Polaris 600HO questions

1. On a 08 600 HO what is the peak RPM it should be clutched for?

2. This sled I am looking at appears to have the ves solenoid removed and the valves are capped off,does it just work like the older ves sleds did then? What is the benefit of the solenoid?

Solenoid tells valves when to open without it they open naturally with pressure. On my IQR 600HO conversion there was very little difference with the valves capped vs. running the solenoid. Just my .02 cents
