Pipe Bung blow out

Anyone else ever see this happen? Was just riding along on my 13 Pro RMK 800 everything running great, heard a backfire and then my CEL flashed 173-3. Stopped saw the hole, wired the bung back in and started up code went away and ran rest of day down 100-200 RPM. Gonna try and weld it up with a reinforcement plate of some kind in the outside. Unless someone has a stock pipe they will part with for cheap or even better free haha ?.

haven’t had much luck welding them up it will last for a while but eventually break out again but much bigger break
