Hi All,

I just purchased this tunnel bag for my Alpha One and there are no instructions for install that came with it. Looking for tips and pictures for those that have used the straps and setup that it came with. Or has everyone mounted it with the Ski Doo LinQ system?

Thank you

LinQ set:
mounting plate for LinQ bracket
LinQ bracket
LinQ clip

mounting instruction/template come was base plate.
Here are the only pics I could find on my phone.

The linq clips that attach to the bag.... where’d they come from? BCA

4 large shoulder rivets 1 in each corner

Do you have some pics to share? I would love to see them! Really I am trying to decide if the rivets with the straps that the bags come with are ok or spend the money on the LinQ system.

Chewy I saw on the BCA site that the bag was compatible with Doo Linq or Poo style recessed rail mounts. Does that mean you can order the bag with the Linq or Poo hardware or does it just mean the bag accepts those mounts? That Linq set up looks really clean on your sled!

The bag accepts those mounts.

I ordered the bag from BCA. Base plates from Canadian Sled Parts (before I knew the US company White Out Technologies also made the base plates). LinQ stuff from the local Doo dealer.

You can order all the needed accessories from White Out - https://www.whiteouttechnologies.com/20-procross-proclimb

Did the white out linq setup on my new alpha, but had it hard mounted on my last sled. To hard mount it I just bought longer bolts and bolted it through the factory holes in the corners with little plastic spacers under the bag to make up for the raised up corners. How did you like it hard mounted? Any down sides to it? Also what plastic spacers did you use?

In the spring time with wetter snow I had problems with water getting in the bag and pooling up, with it hard mounted it made it a pain to get dried out between rides. That's why I went with the linq set up this time. As for the spacers, they were just some little generic plastic bushings from the hardware store.

Their site has a bunch of cool mounting brackets that mate up to the Linq or Poo t-slots or the Cat with the Linq adapter plates!

make sure the bolt don't stick down too far as I have seen some other mounting hardware hit the track under full compression.

I remove the small tunnel bag that comes with the cat. The bag can either fit at the back or where the fuel can is in the pic

Anyone else use the mounting system that the MTNPRO came with?

Not the same bag but I think you could do something similar with the BCA clips. When I get home tonight I will take a picture of the strap buckles without the bag on to show in more detail how I mounted. But the two fronts are riveted on the tunnel side and the back is riveted on the underside of the tunnel. Ran this set up both my 14 and 16 - lots off miles no issues.
