The bumper mod was a bit of work because the kit was designed for an Arctic Cat 1M tunnel. I could not use any of the templates that were sent so everything had to be fit up and measured several times before cutting. The running boards had to be tappered at the back where they meet the new supports. Here is another picture.

SNAFU, what is that black piece on top of the rear portion of your tunnel?

The black thing is a mounting bracket for my fuel jerry can. I use a Kolpin Fuel Pack jr. It holds 1-1/2 gal and is only about 4-5 inches high when laying on its side. It doesn't get hot at all even without an exhaust turn out.

Here's Mine

Here's mine for this year. Did some running board mods and put the exhaust undertunnel with the new seat! Got all my timbersled coated black and my rails too. Also got the OFT steering Relocator and the T-sled Boonie bumper.I think it turned out pretty well now i just need boost!
