I don't think it was a fine...I think to not screw up their G.E floor account they were more or less pressured to come up with the 225 grand to square away the Cats on the floor plan, so it is advantages to move them asap to free up the obviously capitol that was /is a hard situation to have come up with, with the forced issues Cat put them under.
