Olney where to unload?

Am planning another trip to Montana. Comming from alberta. Where to unload for big powder riding closest to us border. Would like to end up on same trail system as Cougar creek. Anybody know?:beer;

The only place in Olney that I know of is Red Meadows..... and now with the logging going on up the road I don't think you can drive very far up. I think you need to park near the road entrance at the power lines and ride your sled up to the trailhead.

I've only been there a few times and I was never driving, so I can't remember if there is any sign or noticeable landmark for the turn-off.

Graves Creek (or Ten Lakes area) has a lot of snow and is just south of Eureka. You could unload in Olney, Werner Peak (north end of Whitefish Lake), Canyon Creek, Big Creek, or Hay Creek and access the area. If you want to stay on 93 and north of Whitefish, your options are Graves Creek or Olney.
