Nytro Head Question: Restrictor?

Can someone tell me if all nytro heads have this restrictor? I put a new head on my nytro and don't remember seeing this installed. I'm pretty sure I would have noticed it when I was prepping the gasket surface.

I was cleaning the gasket surface on my old head, noticed this and then didn't remember seeing it on my new head.

Basically, want to know if I have to pull the new head if it doesn't have this restrictor?

Found the answer. It is the restrictor for the oil going to the cams and is required. Ended up pulling the head and sure enough, had to swap this from the old head to the new head. Glad I noticed this before the engine went back in the sled. That would have sucked!
