Long story short, I bought a Lectron 44mm carb direct from Lectron this past spring for a Husaberg 650 project. That project got scrapped and Lectron won't take the carb back. I would make you a good deal on it. Here's what invoice, dated 2/26/16 says on it line by line: 44mm adjustable power jet Lectron carb ($335); high velocity modification includes insert and machining $30; modification -- 4 stroke-- includes air mixture circuit, spigot and bell mods, adjust PJ remote choke cable and bowl bracket $120; dyno test, wet flow test, set air fuel for entire RPM range with 1-3 metering rod set at 2.077 (no charge) Vortex quick throttle ($39); cable, single to Vortex straight threaded $34.05; metering rod adjust tool $15; freight with insurance, $23.96, total $597.91. Will sell for $450 you pay shipping, my loss = your gain. In box, new, unopened, I would have to open it to make sure the "extras" mentioned above are indeed there!
My guess is it would work well for any big bore 4-stroke carb application. If I don't sell it I will keep it as a backup for CR500 or KX500 although it would mean sending it back for rework. Snowbike-specific trades considered for tunnel bags, Yeti wheel kit, new Timbersled ramp, high-end gear (boots, goggles, gloves, bibs, jacket, monosuit, Garmin GPS radio), etc.
