Go to RMSHA.com, they will have a lot of information on there and you can figure out which level/class you would want to race.

Bumpity for anyone that has questions. Tis the season of giving right?

Also mentioned in some other posts is finding the races that offer an Amateur class. Probably the most effective way to experience the rush of racing up the courses.

Where would you find some plates or stud kits for more traction?
What he said ^^^. NO STUDS ALLOWED in the hillclimb circuit. Only traction screws (allowed in all classes). Titanium cleats or comparable can be used in addition to screws but only in Improved Stock and Modified classes. I would double check the ISR book for clarification and specs just to be sure.

You can run as many as you want. Basically try to avoid putting them anywhere they could rub through on the coolers and cause a leak. My advice would be start with tunnel protectors right off the bat. Keeps the overall damage to the inside of the tunnel to a minimum. The Doos have little slots that they slide into. not sure about the other brands these days.
