Any one had any experiance with the new secondary on the 2021 models that have bigger rollers and use different helix's

Roller is out of different material and slightly larger making the helix different. This was done so Polaris could save money. The new rollers can be replaced with the old style rollers allowing the use of all the old helixes. Rollers are available at Venom or SLP.

This is TRUE.
The new helix will only come in a single track and also has a bushing that may be a problem.
The answer is to replace the roller and use any of your older helix.

I will be adding rollers to my 2021 kits. Aftermarket 2021 helix’s are not being built at this time. The programming is not yet built.

Just heard that the 2022 may get the Team primary that has the roller bearing like Cat uses.
