I am not sure how the bar I have compares to the PS52666. But this is how the bar I used to use compares to Tony’s new bar that I got from him. The bar I have was an aftermarket one I picked up for my AXYS before Polaris was selling them. It was supposed to have been made for the AXYS chassis in 2016.
the difference is about 140 thou on the front and 220 thou in rear.

I agree, your sits further down. I had them both on the clutch when I had it on the bench. But the alignment on the clutch is the same as illustrated in the pics.

d8grandpa I have the same bar as you. How does it compare to the TRS bar when both are aligned in primary and set against the secondary as they are supposed to be used? Don't want to buy another bar unless necessary, otherwise I'll resort to the keystock bar method.

I have the same tool from TNT. But, I sure the heck don't remember how to use it. The end of the tool that goes over the jackshaft with the allen set screw has a larger I.D. than the O.D. of the splined jackshaft - so, how does one make sure its centered appropriately on the jackshaft?

Then, the "disk" with the pointer on it like your photo is threaded on the back side, but that doesn't fit into the hole of the crankshaft as the threaded rod end of the disk is smaller than the I.D. of the crankshaft.

So, don't suppose you'd share how you made the PRO2000 tool work properly for application to check the Polaris CtoC distance? It would be much appreciated!!

My ctc bar was manufactured by TNT Tools. It’s the PRO 2000 purchased from HPE back in early 2000.
Anyone have an up to date source for them?View attachment 335091

Thanks for the bar Tony! Mine was out 0.135". What is your opinion of the Gates 44C4553 on a N/A 850 RMK?

Joe, I just received my Alignment bar from Tony last Wednesday and will be pulling three machines into my shop later today to check them out, but looking at the witness marks on a couple of the sleds two weeks ago, I am expecting to find all of them needing to be moved out .100 or more.

Joe, I was to the dealer yesterday and $20 later I think I have an assortment to get me thru 3 sleds, I could have just gone to the shop and spent about a couple of hours making spacers on the CNC lathe but weighed what my time was worth and opted to buy instead of build. One of my 800s was out .145 and the other was out .120 so now I can gert them back in the shop and get it right!

Anyone interested in billet rear mounts to get leadin correct?
For those wondering what I’m talking about go back to post #4 and you will get the idea.
I’m contemplating getting them made and putting together a kit.
