Just put a timbersled skid on my 162 impulse nytro after one ride my tunnel is bowed out where the timbersled brackets bolt on .. Any one know where I can get heavy duty reinforcements ?

The old timbersled rear mounts did this. The large stock reinforcement plate which you removed is the culprit. Mine did the same thing. I called Skinz and they sent me a new rear bumper kit that extended all the way to the rear mounts and it also comes with a small aluminum bar to mount on the inside of the tunnel to fix the issue. I just pounded out the flexed area and the new bumper kit covered it so its not visible. Also a good opportunity to modify the rear tunnel and add air frames....

It's A 2012 and I got the timbersled skid and brackets from timbersled in November ..

Snowest won't let me post pics ...it's the new bracket looks similar to the stock one ..I called timbersled and they just said I must ride hard. ..and told me I needed to reinforce it ....you would think they wound help me ? Maybe make me a gusset and send it out ASAP .. I ordered a boondock bumper from vanamburg but they are 2 weeks behind ... This sux I hear the powder is awesome in Colorado...
