Need some insight! Will give a little history of facts then the issue.....
Starts 2nd pull
2871 turbo with xic controller. Cleaned/flowed injectors.
Egt's both climb evenly, fuel in Y pipe looks even.
Aftermarket Fuel regulator set to 39, holds there at idle.
Wideband sensor is 14.7 at idle then goes off the chart lean as it dies.
Top end rebuilt, very meticulous with it including all wiring.
TPS set and calibrated in spec, new Rage cages with carbon reeds.
Idles at 3400 as soon as it fires up.
Unrelated (maybe?) Pro armor tether ohms correct, but does nothing when pulled (parallel with kill switch, measures right but if pulled kill switch no longer works either) It has been dry for 2 years so moisture is a no.
Any and all help is appreciated!! Stuck.....

Ok, found a post I wrote a year ago that may explain the high idle part, (throttle blade adjustment) but not the part where it goes lean and shuts off....
Or the tether......
Sled has oil delete, running 32:1 premix, fresh fuel, fresh plugs

So the fuel pressure holds at idle? Because sounds like a fuel pump. If it is going lean not due to fuel pressure, something is telling it to lean out because it thinks it's rich. Or the injectors lose signal and stop firing. Controller maybe? Ground good?

Engine was out previously, inspected all wiring when it was out, grounds are good. Raised fuel pressure to 42, holds there at idle. Idles at 3100 (throttle screw backed off) for 10-15 seconds, then leans out and dies. Giving it any throttle does not help.

Looks like the culprit so far was a mis-adjusted tps and a throttle cable that was a bit tight so far. Doesn't take much to throw things out f wack. Had to make sure throttle cable was backed right off, set tps with a 5 volt power supply.
