need help!!! 08, 800 dragon

i have an 08, 800 dragon with top-end update kit, slp pipe , latest reflash. had update done late nov. and sled has not run right ever since. fouling plugs like crazy. have not been able to get even half a ride in yet. new coils, stator,injectors, ecu with latest reflash, reeds, throttle/oil cable, and have checked/adjusted tps several times. it has been to shop at least 10 now and not getting anywhere. it may run fine up the road and then once into the bowls, going up hill, down hill, full throttle, part throttle i start fouling plugs. running premium 92 with ethanol wires plug in, resistor for slp pipe out. sometimes pto, sometimes mag side, sometimes both soaking wet with fuel? have drained all gas several times, no water in fuel. anyone help please!!!! anything else to check? Thanks

Sounds like sensor somewhere. Dealer should replace the sensors (pipe, airbox, temp, etc). Sounds like one of them is faulty and triggering the system to poor more fuel to it.

Has the dealer put it on digital wrench and run the diagnostics?

why don't you have the resistor plugged in? i thought you were supposed to leave the plug in on 08s? check the plug into the ECM... could be a bad pin just making it run like ****, did the dealer hook it up and check codes?

i have been thinking sensors as well, but when hooked up to computer they check out fine. i am wondering if when they get warm they might change? they say you don't need the resistor in with new top-end and reflash. i will check out the pins on the connection with ecu. thanks

So the latest reflash as of Jan 26/09? Check your fuel lines for kinking, we have seen a few like that.

all 08 800 are suppost to run the resistor not on 09 models, also i have heard of the champion plugs going junk and fouling out ,try ngk BPR9EIX they are suppost to help

I had similar problems running amsol oil went back to the expensive polaris ves stuff stopped my problems was told polaris built these engines to run with the ves. but it was a polaris mechanic who told me this so who knows. good luck
