Neck protection

Looking for a neck collar/support for sledding. Purchased an EVS race collar but is not large enough to fit over my jacket collar without choking me.
I was hoping some one on here would recommend a make & model they have used and are happy with

I bought a Leatt moto brace this summer after it saved a bud from being "spoon fed" after a bad wreck at the local track. About a month later it saved me at the mtn bike park.
I now always wear it on my dirt bike or my dh mtn bike.
it seems to fit okay while sledding as long as I leave my zipper down a bit.
But it might be a different story on a big pow day, trying to keep the snow out.
