Looking at narrowing my 2015 M8000 HCR down to 36" or possibly just 38" It's currently at 40". I have the updated spindles and 36" upper a arms. Wondering if anybody has a set of lowers and shocks to complete the kit? Or possibly a whole 36" or 38" kit off a 2016 or newer m8000? My Sled has fox evols on it now so from what I understand I can't use those at 36" unless I get them cut. Any help is appreciated. Let me know what anybody has. Thanks

Correct, can't use the shocks without modifying them. I have a full kit of parts sitting around to convert the front end on a 2015 SR viper (same chassis) and have been dragging my feet due to needing to get new shocks or modify mine...
Sounds like we are in the same boat. Shocks are the hardest to find. Are you also going down to 36"?
When I narrowed my 40" Proclimb to the 36". I found the kit on sale from Country Cat for $700 and found a guy in Rigby Idaho called Gas Shock Repair to cut down my Fox Float 2 for a very reasonable price. Excellent work, still no issues after 5 years or so. No need to buy new shocks.
