So this afternoon I went ahead and placed an order for one of JC's Custom Vents, Muff-Pott "THINGS"
I have wanted to try out a muff pot for years and years and just never gotten around to ordering one, and several people with 850's have said they had very good success with this one.
So I pulled the trigger and placed an order this afternoon online.
Hope to see it by the end of next week.

All Cooker Can Things are designed and built to match the stock exhaust flow numbers. Prior to production they are tested at elevations from 1500 ft up to 7500 ft. Cooker Cans are designed so they do not require fuel or clutching changes and they will not throw any engine codes.

Let us know how quite it is.
The only reason i haven't bought one is db...

Sent it

Just as soon as I get it installed I will give you an honest unbiased consumer review.

A little bit louder, crisper, sharper would be fine. Straight pipe race can will NOT work for me.

My days or earplugs are well behind me now..

these work great.
Used to use those when I was on active duty in the Army, "back in the day"
But have NEVER used one in Arctic Conditions.
Do they work reasonably well in ZERO DEGREE conditions???

Used them back in the day as well in the big sandbox.
I reuse a foil pack from a MRE and put whatever I want heated up in there and then that goes in the heater bag and then i shove that in my backpack while on break. Works fine.

I know it’s a silly thing, but I ALWAYS check to see how a company PACKS their product as a general indicator to over all quality. This muffler was WELL PACKED!!
