It's pretty obvious what he's saying, no? Whenever you have 2 vastly opposing opinions/views - the logical person can almost always reason truth somewhere in the middle after gathering info from a few sources. Unless you were directly involved, that's really all you can do.mountainhorse,
So, to your point and using your word "extremist" freely it makes me wonder what YOUR "normal" is.
What pretty much everyone else defines as MSM / mainstream media you say one way or another it's EXTREMIST.
That said, where do you get your perceived accurate information from? (it is obviously NOT extremist as already implied by your stated standards)
That is the heart of the USA's current problems. 2 teams with 2 different views of the US should move forward (or backward). The focus is on their team "winning," or being right (correct), rather than developing solutions with the most widespread benefit. The poor education system and lack of world vision has developed a LARGE portion of the population that simply goes along with party lines, and does not demand (or see the need for) better solutions. Many of which already exist elsewhere (as in you don't need to start from scratch on the plans). The general unwillingness to compromise with middle-ground solutions further fuels the divide. "Normal" is somewhere in the middle....you take the stuff that makes sense from all "sides" and leave the rest behind....your views are fluid as new information presents itself, because that's how people learn.
