low end stutter

I have been dealing with this stutter in the lower rpm range, below 4300rpm since i bought this sled used, but it runs smooth after that, the guy before me had a race gas set up on it running straight c12 with 12.5 lbs of boost, i rode the sled as he had it set up and it had the stutter. now i'm running 8.5 lbs of boost, 110 av gas, elevation is around 5700ft. i have messed around with the clutching, put the SLP adjustable weights in it and have them at 70 grams {put a pic of them below} and its changed a little but not that much, almond spring is in the primary. fuel pressure is good stays at 60psi. it does sometimes go down into a low idle but as soon as i give it throttle it stays out of it, the fuel pressure also drops when it does but comes right back to 60 psi. ill tag some photos of my fuel settings, maybe that is the issue? ill put a video as well so you guys can hear it. its extremely annoying. thanks for any feed back!! 301294.jpg20200624_212939.jpg20200624_212944.jpg20200624_212947.jpg20200624_212950.jpg20200624_212953.jpg20200624_212955.jpg20200624_212958.jpg20200624_213001.jpg

Did you give BD a call for a Fueling recommendation?
I would pull fuel in both RPM screens. We run negative numbers there. Each sled is a little different.
