lost the snap

i have had to put my clutch on clicker 5 to get 8000 at 5000 ft level on the trail going in
and that last little shot at the end 7600 to 7900 rpm
any ideas as to what might be wrong
just had clutch primary and secondary gone through
4200 k and it doesn't stall going into reverse when cold or hot

I had a similar issue with my 16 800 Etec. This was the first year I didn’t drain the fuel and start fresh. I’ll do that and report back.
Mine has always ran good up till now. I wonder if the Etec’s are fuel sensitive.

If it ran good before the clutch work, then I would go back into the clutches. Maybe someone installed the wrong spring? 4200 km? you might look at the pistons.

doesnt stall when putting in reverse right after cold start up
had the guy replace the springs
was gona ride out this season then change the pistons in the summer

its not a clutch problem
swapped out with a new clutch and the same thing still having to
put it on clicker 5 to get it to rpm

honestly i don't know the colors of the clutch spring
id of gone with what ever was stock for that year
clutch totally stock
and i believe he took out 2 grams

new fuel pump seemed to fix
will know for sure next trip out
got out for a test bag and seems
to have the snap back

as it turn out i was watching a youtube sledding video
and the guy says when was the last time you checked your throttle cable
duh the one thing i haven't checked. had 1/8 of play (must of happened when adjustable riser installed replaced the cable and its back to normal.
i have my sled back now. Yehhaw
